Hi, my names Darren and i am really looking forward to the climb ahead, im on a mission to get fit and strong for the challenge and want to make sure i reach the very top!
I have been concentrating a lot on my fitness by swimming every morning, i have now reached a mile! I have started a PT training session once a week where im beasting myself, mainly strength, stamina, squatting and cardio vascular. Also i have changed my gym to make use of the StairMaster which you can see me on below!

I can wait to get to the top of Kilimanjaro it will be a massive achievement for us all but more importantly we will help save the lives of babies that are born too soon.
