The Team - Dave Pugh

Hi and thank you to everyone who's taking time out to read this. Im really looking forward to the challenge ahead although a little nervous. 19 thousand ft at sub minus 15 temperatures and possibily lower, sounds just a little gruelling to me.

Training so far has consisted of a lot of strength conditioning in the gym and at Caveman as my legs are like stale breadsticks. Whilst at Caveman Training i have been using an Elevation Mask this restricts the air you can intake and supposedly immitates altitude, ill let you know when im down how life-like it is, ha ha.

CAVEMAN - Legs getting beasted
Also just started a PT training session once a week which is working on my stamina and cardio vascular. Next week i will be joining the rest of the team for a trek up Mount Snowdon, the first of my outdoor practises. February the 3rd will come around super fast, time to pick up the pace! =)
