Snowdon - Wet, Freezing, Bad Visibility & A Right Good Laugh!

On Sunday we decided to climb Snowdon as part of our last efforts to get fit and prepared enough for the big one that is now only 24 days away!
We set off nice and early, with us Stoke boys leaving at 7:30am and arrived to start the walk at around 10am. The visibility in the car on the drive through Betws-y-coed was really poor and we all realised that this may not be the best conditions, however Kilimanjaro will be a beast compared to what we had infront of us.

The walk up Snowdon was tough, the rain was hammering down, the winds were hard and cold and waterproofs were put the test and some of us realised, we really need to go shopping!
The summit was reached in good time and it seems all of our training is paying off. The weather was terrible but all good practice for the real deal that is so close now. Please if you are reading this, support us on our journey and help us raise money for 'Babies Born Too Soon'. Donations can be made on our Just Giving Page . Thanks in advance!
